Story Behind This Song

I wrote this song as a plea to the Lord, that He would bring revival to our church, to our community…and ultimately to the nations. I never ever want to forget how fortunate I am that someone loved me enough to tell me about Jesus. I never want to get so cozy in church, and so comfy with my Christian friends, that I forget the urgency of the day I’m living in. I am surrounded by hurting people who need to hear about the hope I’ve found. It’s my God given responsibility to take the Word to the ends of the earth, but that has to start with my neighbors. My prayer is that I would seize every opportunity God sends my way…that I would plant seeds of faith, and nurture those seeds…knowing that ultimately God is the one who brings the increase. He is the one who brings in the harvest. Lord, we ask you to bring revival!
